Late & Cancellation Policies
LATE POLICY
We believe everyone's time is valuable. Out of respect for our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time or early to your appointment. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to service you if your arrival time is 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 30 % of the service charge. Thank you for your understanding.
